Cancer fighting foods are often found in the produce aisle so if you are on a low sugar diet, you may actually be hurting your chances of fighting disease – no kidding.
Nectarines have also been studied to help control diabetes. As a type 1 Diabetic, when I have low blood sugar Nectarines are a great way to naturally increase my blood sugar without drinking juice and provides better nutrition.

Note: before I receive a bunch of comments saying Nectarines alone will not prevent cancer, you are correct! But a diet with the correct balance of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants has been proven to aid your body’s ability to fight cancer, other diseases and improve its own health. There is no one food, even Grapefruit which we’ll discuss in part 3, that gives you the “fountain of youth.”
